We strive to serve and carry only the finest quality coffee available in Latin America, Africa and Asia and we do this by working with honest, caring and responsible coffee collectives and independent farmers directly. All our coffee is roasted in a manner that highlights the nuance of region the coffee beans are grown in and this helps balance the sweetness, acidity and depth of flavors.Because we work so hard to accentuate the complexity of this high quality commodity, coffees are roasted from a light to medium roast coloration. We also offer and can make espresso and darker roasts to order.
